Our philosophy is simple, and our approach is always geared towards the customers demands. We pride ourselves on the fact that our customers are more than numbers and invoices, they are also our friends. This is reflected in our open door policy where customers are welcome to visit at any time to discuss their requirements or to view their products in production.

So what is so special about our service ?

Well quite simply we do what we do well. We only handle prototype and low volume assemblies in house, although we do have an offshore facility for high volume demands, so you will never find your product held up in a queue behind a large volume run. All our customers are treated as friends and as such we will always find time to discuss their requirements. We also have a commitment to keeping the customer informed about the progress of their job, and every job is progressed with a route card for complete traceability. If there is a problem you will be told as soon as it happens, not after the deadline, whether it be material shortages or a production related issue.  

The directors and management team at ASK have over 60 years experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, covering all aspects from Purchasing and Production to Test and Measurement. They also pride themselves on maintaining a "hands-on" approach to the business and therefore know exactly what skills are required for any particular job.
