The ability to undertake BGA Rework is essential as
more and more manufacturers continue to incorporate new technologies into
their products.
The staff at ASK have many years
experience working with leading edge technology, and in particular
utilising the BGA-3500 system.
ASK have two BGA-3500 systems in
operation within the factory, and have also now completed the purchase of
a PDR Rework system to allow even the most difficult lead-free BGAs to be
replaced quickly and easily. |
