ASK & Parkheath do deal at NEW !
ASK have agreed a deal with Parkheath to take
delivery of a brand new PDR Focused IR BGA rework station.
The ASK team utilised the ability to compare
stations from various manufacturers at the National Electronics Week show at
Earls Court, and after a day of talking, and trialling, the directors
unanimously favoured the PDR system. After brief negotiations both parties were
delighted to conclude the deal which will see ASK take delivery of the latest hi
tech PDR system - IR-XT5P in mid July.
Commenting on the purchase ASK director Karl
Pearson said "I was suitably impressed with both the PDR system, and the service
that I feel Parkheath will supply. It was also particularly important for us to
see the close relationship between distributor and manufacturer of this product,
as that is indicative of the level of support Parkheath will be able to
provide."
He continued "This purchase represents another
step forward for ASK, upgrading systems that have been in place since we started
4 years ago. Working in the prototype field it is vital that offer the most
flexible service possible, and this new PDR machine will allow us to complete
even the most difficult BGA rework in house."

dedication to the policy of continual reinvestment having recently taken the
decision to proceed with the purchase of a new DEK248 screen printer.

our growth. Since August we have doubled our manufacturing capability with

screen printer is the final piece of the jigsaw for now, as this will give
us one of the most highly specified prototype facilities in the South of
England."

yet be another exciting development in the near future........"
