pick and place machinery we are able to setup and program small volume
builds quickly enough to make machine build a competitive option.
Utilising a
simple text file from your Gerber data we are able to produce a full pick
and place program in a short time, which means you get the benefit of
accuracy our Samsung CP40 offers.
We know many
other companies offer fast track options, but it is very unusual for them
to utilise their latest pick and place machines for small volume builds.
They will always run larger volume jobs on their equipment and relegate
the prototype builds to be built by hand, meaning you will not always get
the greatest accuracy.
At ASK we only
place the components by hand that cannot be supplied in a machine friendly
format. Once again our stock holding is imperative, as we are able to
offer almost all standard values of passives from stock.
