By concentrating
purely on prototype and low/medium volume batch work we are able to offer an extremely flexible
service which we believe is second to none. Typical examples include rapid
prototypes built in a couple of hours from free issue kit, to our standard 5 day
assembly service, and many options in between incorporating PCB and material supply. We will always find a
solution for your urgent requirements.
This is also
true for emergency rework. We have on a number of occasions been asked to
perform rework for large companies who have built to an incorrect
specification or require design modifications. This may entail fine pitch
discrete device or BGA replacement, or simply a number of passives from
0201 size upwards requiring changing. Whatever the demand ASK will ensure
they have the correct tools to carry out the job, at the quotation stage.
We will never undertake a commitment unless we know we can carry out the
service to the high standards we expect to receive ourselves.
Through
utilisation of our off shore manufacturing partners we are also able to
offer a complete service through prototyping to large volume
manufacturing. This provides the customer with the best of all worlds.
