ASK has an on-site Glenbrook Xray system that is used to provide visible confirmation and placement accuracy of all BGA devices placed. Images can be reviewed, stored and supplied with boards if required.

As a matter of course every BGA placed is inspected using the the system, to ensure that any potential issues with the parts are minimised.

The Xray image, coupled with physical views underneath the device from side angle vision cameras fitted to our BGA rework system, ensures that we can be confident that every BGA we placed is correctly fitted.
